I was skeptical of the Starline 6.5 srp brass, but I was impressed to see that all 52, yes I got 2 extra, pieces of brass were within .0005–.001 or less of the trim length of 1.910. The weight was equally as impressive because it was consistently within 1 grain of 167. Most often they were within a couple tenths in weight. Petson’s srp came in around 175 gr. I’ve fired the same 5 brass 3 times. It has not stretched in any measurement. The primer pockets are just as tight after the 3rd firing. I have been using 39.5 grains of IMR 4451, coupled with a Hornady 140 grain sp bullet. It shoots the same hole, if I can hold the rifle still on shooting bags at 100 yds. I figure on annealing after 5 shots.—I like the fact you can buy 50.

I’ve purchased Starline in 270 winchester, and it holds its own with Nosler and Hornady as far as case life. It’s no better, but it’s definitely no worse. Can’t beat the prices. I didn’t have the best of luck with the 308 LRP brass as far as accuracy when comparing it with Lapua and Peterson
