it’s not Aluminum What you need to use is the Galvanized roof flashing or sheets which is a steel sheet roll from 2 inch to 4 feet wide to what ever you would like to buy how wide is up to you . How wide you would like to buy it 0.0017 of an inch is like 28 gauge is .017 of an inch or .187 or .156 this is like 30 gauge & 29 gauge. buy a Eastwood Sheet Metal Gauge and look for .0187, .017 and .0156 I know because I’m making them right now what you are looking for is the 30 , 29, and 28 gauge pick buy a piece of each see which one you would like I think the 28 gauge is the .017 of an inch. look for yourself.

I bought this and the Prime All priming compound. I use aluminum soda pop cans. I have made over 100 of them and they work great in my percussion revolvers. And my cap lock rifles.
