I’ll be honest, I only bought this (unknown) brand of primers due to the national shortage that’s resulted in no choices whatsoever! I thought I’d take a chance. Well, these primers cycle through my progressive press just as smooth as all the other major brands without any issues at all. I only gave them four stars because they remind me of the early wolf brand primers from Russia. They were a bit less sensitive than other brands and as a consequence, would not go bang in my guns with light triggers. They fire in my revolvers on single action without issue but not double action! This is a major disappointment to me as I do all my revolver work in double action. They do work very well in many of my semi-autos, however. As a point of reference for anyone thinking about purchasing any of these, they work 100 % in my Hi-Power and both my S&W M&P’s but not my Glocks with light triggers! So, as you can see, they are close (like the old wolf primers) and will depend on your firearm. I thought about putting higher power springs in my S&W revolvers but don’t necessarily relish the thought of the heavier trigger pulls. All in all, I really think it will depend on each individual as to whether these are worth the high price tag vs. availability.
