    I decided to try these primers, loaded 400 rds, 125 rn, 9mm . and off to the range. They performed and shot as good as federal, & CCI primers. No miss fires. I will use these for practice and local matches.

    Loaded 100 in 9mm and hit the range with two striker fired pistols and a carbine. All have upgraded triggers. Not ultralight – just better than factory. Think the difference between an M&P Shield 1.0 and a 2.0.

    Carbine: 34 rounds 0 failures to fire (FTFs)

    Pistol #1: 33 rounds 0 FTFs

    Pistol #2: 33 rounds 2 FTFs
    One FTF went off on the second try, the other did not on try two, three, or a fourth attempt using pistol #1. The primer strikes for pistol #2 were noticeably shallower and less sharp than with the other guns. Pistol #2 has no history of light strikes with CCI or factory primers.

    My experience supports the general consensus that these primers are harder than most. If you are shooting a stock or lightly modified trigger, they should work fine for practice ammo.

    They ain’t cheap but, given the current primer situation, this may be the best bargain out there. Thanks Powder Valley!
