    There was initially a technical issue with the website that prevented me to select the delivery option. And the package shipped with only 50 of 1000 rounds ordered. The wait for the second package was inconvenient. However, each time I called to speak with a representative the person I spoke to was polite, responsive, and quick to address the issues. It was my first time ordering from Powder Valley and given the pleasant customer service over the phone I will be a returning customer.
