The Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension Die Decapping Pin is a necessary replacement item to have on hand for your CGND die set. Through normal wear and tear, decapping pins can get bent or broken. The Large Decapping pin is designed to be used to remove crimped in military primers. As these primers can be very difficult for standard pins to remove, it is suggested that you use the Small Decapping pins for pistol and small rifle primer removal.
